January 13, 2006 Mr Spyros Capralos, the Chairman of the ATHEX Board of Directors, taking into consideration the relevant decision of the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (HCMC) today, decided to suspend temporarily as of today, i.e. January 13, 2006, the trading of the shares of the company "PC SYSTEMS S.A.". The Hellenic Capital Markets Commission after taking into account yesterday's announcement of the company concerning its business developments, asked the Athens Exchange to proceed to the suspension of trading of the shares of the company as it comes out that the investors are not fully and in a satisfactory way informed and the normal market function is not ensured.
