January 13, 2006 The company announces that during the session of the Board of Directors on 02.01.2006 it was decided that the company proceeds in selling of its own shares up to the number of 350,000 shares which correspond to the 2.755% of the total number of shares. The lowest sell price was set at 0.20 euros per shares and the period during which the transaction will take place is from 13.01.2006 and 30.06.2006 through the ATHEX member Eurobank Securities S.A.
