Sale of Own Shares

January 10, 2006 PC SYSTEMS S.A. announces that during the Board of Directors meeting on 01/02/06 the sale of the company's Own shares was decided, up to the amount of 350,000 shares representing 2.755% of the total number of shares. The lowest selling price has been set at Euro 0.20 per share and the period of the transaction from 01/13/2006 to 06/30/2006. The transaction will be processed through Eurobank Securities, member of the ATHEX.
