January 29, 2004 As of January 29, 2004, the 236,050 new common registered (CR) shares of the Company PC SYSTEMS S.A. start trading on the ATHEX, following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan for the members of the Board of Directors, the Managers and the Company’s personnel, at an issue price of 1.00 Euro. On January 29, 2004, the total number of the Bank’s listed shares amounts to 12,540,580 common registered (CR) shares, of par value 0.37 Euro.
