Announcement

January 31, 2006 The company PC SYSTEMS S.A., further to its announcement dated 27.01.2006, would like to clarify to the investing public the following: a specific investment scheme has expressed an interest in participating in the share capital of the company and the relevant discussions are currently in progress, without however having at the moment a final agreement. In any case, the consummation of the agreement is subject to the approval of the bondholder banks, as mentioned in the aforementioned announcement of the company, while the final settlement of loans and delinquent debts constitutes part of the overall agreement. The company estimates that the above-mentioned discussions will have been completed by the end of February 2006. The company will inform immediately the investing public in the event of new developments on the said matter.
