November 24, 2005 The Board of Directors of the company PC SYSTEMS S.A. informs the investing public the following: On 22.11.2005, Emporiki Bank S.A. summoned to the company a bankruptcy notice of EUR 4,262,625 (plus interest and costs) as well as a notification of a provisional garnishment. PC Systems S.A. is currently in discussions with Emporiki Bank in order to settle the aforesaid issue, which is expected to be solved within the next following days.
