June 17, 2005 The company PC SYSTEMS S.A. announced today that its Annual Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting, which convened on 14/06/2005 approved the following resolutions: 1. The Board of Directors' and Chartered Auditors' Reports on the Annual financial statements of the fiscal year 2004. 2.The distribution of a fiscal year 2004 dividend amounting euros 0.015 per share. Beneficiaries of the said dividend are shareholders, whose names have been registered on the Shareholders' Register of the company at the close of the ATHEX trading session on 15/07/2005. As of Monday, July 18, 2005, the shares of the company will be traded on the ATHEX ex-dividend. The payment of the dividend in question will start on Tuesday, July 26, 2005. 3. The shareholders' list, from whom own shares were bought within the period from 26/07/2004 until 14/06/2005. 4. The sale of own shares that are already held by the company. 5. The purchase-via a transaction on the ATHEX-of own shares of the company, up to 6.46%, i.e. 820,000 shares, at a minimum and maximum purchase value of euros 0.20 and euros 4.00 per share, respectively, within a period of 12 months.
