October 8, 2004 According to the decision no 5/204/14-11-2000, article 4 par.i of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the company THEMELIODOMI S.A. announces that on November 4, 2004, a syndicated loan agreement was signed amounting 16 million Euros. In the said loan of a six-month duration, Banks collaborating with the company are participating and Piraeus Bank has been appointed as trustee. This loan is granted by the lending Banks against the expected collection of credit of the company from the Greek State that concern liquidated and finished projects and will be used to cover the current needs of the company in working capital.
