June 29, 2004 The ordinary General Meeting on 25.6.2004 approved the dividend payment of 0.015 euros per share. Eligible to receive dividends are shareholders of record on 16.7.2004. The dividend payment will start on 22.7.2004. It modified the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting on 27.6.2004 about the stock option as regards the issue price from 1 euro to 0.37 euros. As regards the issue of the stock option according to the above General Meeting, it will take place from 14.11.2004 until 25.11.2004. It approved the purchase of up to 930,000 treasury shares (7.42%) at a high price 5 euros and low price 0.37 euro, within 12 months.
