March 4, 2004 With the current notification we inform our shareholders that our Company participates and has the intention to participate (by itself or as a member of a joint venture) in processes concerning the undertaking of Public projects and commissions or legal entities of the Public Sector that comply with the provisions of par.1, article 15 of Law 2328/1995. Those shareholders which are corporations and have not proceeded with the registration of their shares (as a legal entity), in accordance with the aforesaid decree, will be deprived of, in compliance with the necessary by law penalties, their attendance and voting rights at the General Meeting as well as of every property rights as shareholders.
