Postponement of the Extraordinary General Meeting

Shareholders that its Shareholders' Extraordinary General Meeting of 29 December, 2005 was posptponed due to the lack of the quorum required by the law and the company Charter. Consequently, the Recurring Shareholders' General Meeting will be held on Monday, January 16, 2006, at 11:00 am in Mela Building (93, Aeolou Street, Athens, Greece).
