March 13, 2006 On March 13, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 4/637/17.2.2006 of the Executive Committee of the Capital Market Commission, 1.001 (CR) shares of the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on March 10, 2006, by a percentage greater than -3%.
