Listing of shares following the Stock Option Plan

January 25, 2007 As of January 25, 2007, the 310.043 new (CR) shares of the NATIONAL BANK S.A. start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan from 300 beneficiaries –the members of the BoD and the Bank's personnel- at an issue price of 23,80 Euro. On January 25, 2007, the total number of the Bank's listed shares amounts to 475.287.219 (CR) shares.
